By accessing, browsing, or using SnapdMe in any manner, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use SnapdMe.
1.2 Minors under 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5.1 SnapdMe collects and processes personal data, including facial recognition data, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5.2 By using the Platform, you consent to such collection, storage, and processing.
5.3 Sensitive personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6.1 SnapdMe may charge fees for services such as scan packs, downloads, or premium access.
6.2 All payments shall be made via secure third-party payment gateways.
6.3 Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical errors attributable to SnapdMe.

SnapdMe shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyber-attacks, or government restrictions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapdMe regarding the Platform and supersede any prior understandings.
